Taoists Arts Club
Taoists Arts Club is based in Ilford and offers the opportunity to learn and train in Li style T'ai Chi and Kung Fu.
Our instructors have combined experience of over 40 years in the Li style and are registered with the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts.
Juniors are encouraged to improve the way they perform the techniques as well as self-discipline, manners and respect for others.
